My 'Mise en Place' approach means my fee is all-inclusive of prep time, custom script or keynote development, and pre-event strategy sessions.
For travel outside of my home base of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, we simply add a standard travel and accommodation flat rate so there are no 'hidden ingredients' on your final invoice.
